  • If You Want To Exchange A Product You Have To Mail Us On info@suratm.com Within 24 Hours Customer Needs To Raise Request For Exchange After 4 Days Customer Are Not Eligible For Any Type Of Exchange.
  • In Case If You Received A Defective Product From Our Side Than We Will Give You Exchange. T&C Applied.
  • If You Received A Defective Product From Our Side For Claim You Must Send a Pre-Opening Video Within 24 Hours If Your Not Able To Provide Pre-opening Video of Wrong Product/Parcel, We Can Not Pass Your Claim For Wrong Product.
  • From The Day You Receiving The Package. We, Will, Validate Your exchange Request, Only After We Authorize It.
  • We Don’t Offer Any Type Of Refund. We Can Only Exchange The Product.
  • You Have To Agree To Our Return Policy Before You Purchases Any Product From Our Store.
  • Shipping And Cod Charges Are Non-refundable.
  • For Designer Section We Don’t Have Return, Exchange Or Refund Policy.
  • For Co-Ords Sets, Gown & Anarkali We Will Exchange Only For Size Issues With Same Product Only. We Will Not Exchange Product For Likes & Dislikes.

Exchange Policy: You may exchange a product with another of equal value or with a price difference. If opting for a higher-priced item, the customer will need to cover the remaining amount. However, in the case of selecting a lower-priced product, we will adjust the difference accordingly. Please note, this one-time exchange policy ensures a seamless experience for our customers.

Return or Exchange Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damages.
  • We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance for your return shipment.

Note:– We Do Not Offer Any Type Of Reverse Pickup Service From Our Side In Both Case You Have To Courier Parcel At Our Warehouse Address. Courier Charges Needs To Be Paid By Customers.

Once We Received Your Product At Our Warehouse Your Product Will Be Sent For ( Qc ) Quality Check After Verifying Your Parcel From Our Side We Will Process Your Request As Well .

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, covering any associated shipping charges.
